We get out and about in our community.  We look after a number of the village public access defibrillators; we run 'Know Your Blood Pressure' days in the village; Bingo on a friday night; we help run the Village Fair and help Santa every Christmas to go around the village.

We regard all the youth of the village as the future and we invest a lot of time in youth competitions run by Rotary, but also we fund a teacher to provide one-to-one support in our "Ready Steady Read" project in a primary school in Braunton which helps to increase the reading age of our young people.

Foundation is the the Rotary Charity and one of the biggest internationally. It helps our club and many others fund projects here at home and around the world, the biggest being the main driving force in eradicating Polio worldwide.

Internationally, Rotary gets involved all over the world. As a club, we focus on raising funds for Shelter Box and Mary's Meals, and when a disaster strikes we help raise much needed funds.

Braunton Village Fair

This provides an opportunity to work with Braunton Rotary Club and put on an annual family event for the village. 

For two weeks you will find Braunton Caen out with Santa and his sleigh, visiting all the streets of Braunton & Chivenor spreading Christmas cheer.
